WeedWize publishes educational reference material on medical cannabis for adults 21 and over. Nothing on this site is medical advice for an individual, a diagnosis, a prescription or a treatment. The medication checker, dose planner and every other tool describe drug classes and published ranges in general; they do not know your history or your doses. Talk to a licensed healthcare provider before starting, stopping or changing any medication or therapy, especially if you take prescription drugs.
2. Age restriction
By using this site you confirm you are at least 21 years of age. Access is restricted to adults 21 and over through an on-page prompt, and access by anyone under 21 is prohibited.
3. FDA and regulatory disclaimer
Statements on this site have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Cannabis products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Cannabis remains a Schedule I substance under U.S. federal law and legality varies by state. Information here describes state-regulated programs and does not endorse violating federal or local law.
4. No products sold here
WeedWize does not sell cannabis, consumables or any regulated product. Purchases occur at licensed dispensaries subject to your state's laws and at your own risk. Pages about strains, terpenes or drug classes are pharmacist-reviewed references. They are not endorsements of any brand or product.
5. Sponsored listings
Dispensaries can pay to be listed in the directory. Sponsored listings are labelled as sponsored, kept in their own section, and never mixed with the dispensaries Tiffany reviewed unpaid. A sponsored listing buys placement in that section only; it does not change anything the site says about a product or an operator.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Probe, scan or attempt to breach the site's authentication or rate-limit systems.
- Use automated tools to scrape data or hit endpoints at unusual volumes.
- Submit false access requests or listing enquiries, or spoof your IP or identity.
- Reproduce site content commercially without prior written permission. Personal, non-commercial reading and printing for your own use, including a printed checker result or dosing card, is fine.
Violation may result in an IP block, account removal and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement.
7. Staff access
Staff accounts (admin and dev) are issued by WeedWize LLC. Holders are responsible for keeping their PIN confidential. Sessions expire automatically and can be invalidated by administrators at any time.
8. Intellectual property
All site content (copy, code, illustrations, design) is © WeedWize LLC unless otherwise marked. The Onest and Lora typefaces are self-hosted and licensed under the SIL Open Font License. Lucide icons are licensed under the ISC license.
9. Limitation of liability
The site is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, WeedWize LLC, its members, employees and contractors disclaim warranties of any kind and are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, the information published here, or decisions you make based on it. Your reliance on any information is at your own risk.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pulaski County, Arkansas.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be noted on this page and dated above. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
